Internal Sales Administrator / Coordinator needed for varied role with leading equipment supplier to resources sector.

Our client is an international leader of technical inspection and manufacturer and maintenance for the Oil and Gas and off-shore sectors. As a way of internal promotion, they are seeking a Internal Sales Administrator to work within their Tenders and Proposals Team and Planning and Workforce management departments.
Your main duties will include:
  • Responding to new and existing customer enquiries and quoting / information requests
  • Processing of sales orders and assisting business development team
  • Basic level purchasing – calling sub-contractors on prices and updating database
  • Producing high level customer service to existing clients and responding to all requests in a very timely manner
  • Updating and sending out contractual documents
  • Assisting the Business Development Manager with tenders and all other administrative duties for the proposals team
Experience required:
  • Business Administration, Commerce or similar tertiary qualification an advantage
  • 3 years + experience in a similar level position, ideally within a service or product in Resources or Defence sector
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of PC Literacy and good attention to detail
This is a permanent role with a negotiable salary on experience. The company is based in Henderson with on site parking and working in an excellent and supportive team environment within a growing company. Salary in the range of $60 - $65K, working a 6 month contract with the potential to extend.
