Our client is a Western Australian owned Contracting Company specialising in overhead and underground power line construction and maintenance, and the design and installation of customised renewable energy systems for commercial properties.
 
Due to a rapid company expansion, our client is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Office Admin to join their team based in Wangara. This is a newly created role and would be the ideal for an experience office allrounder who is looking to advance their career within office management. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to make the role their own and work independently, utilising their skills to become a valuable company member.
 
Key Tasks include
  • All aspects of office and administrative management for a medium sized business.
  • Proofing and formatting of tender documents.
  • Editing policy documents and templates.
  • Ordering PPE and other site equipment.
  • Assisting with Invoicing, Payroll and basic accounting functions.
  • Arranging flights/accommodation/taxi transfers as required for the Director and other senior staff members.
  • Basic Human Resource related tasks including preparing contracts and organising inductions for new staff.
  • Assisting with Sales and Marketing material and tasks including website upgrades, LinkedIn and other social media platform management.
  
About You
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role ideally within a similar sized service-based business.
  • Intermediate skills using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Previous experience with Xero or MYOB would be an advantage.

The role is based in Wangara with ample parking available. The position will commence immediately on a permanent full-time basis, with salary negotiable on experience. The hours of work will be from 7 am - 3 pm Monday - Friday.
