Growing Engineering Consultancy seeking an Office Administrator for a Permanent Role based in West Perth.

Our client is a growing engineering consultancy with expertise in the Civil and Structural Engineering areas, they cover a diverse range of services for high end complex residential, multi-residential and commercial projects. Despite challenging market conditions, the company has continued to grow due to the hard work and high profile of their Management team. They are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis in their West Perth office.

The Role:
You will be tasked with general administrative duties such as;
  • Data entry,
  • Filing,
  • Formatting Documents
  • General Reception Duties
  • Setting Up Job Files
  • Liaising with Clients and Stakeholders
About You:
Ideally you will have prior experience within a similar sized Engineering Consultancy where you have completed the aforementioned tasks, as well as having a "Can-Do" attitude along with the ability to work autonomously within a busy corporate office. 

On Offer:
On offer is a permanent position based in a modern office in West Perth close to Public Transport. An annual salary of $50k + superannuation is also on offer.
