  • The primary purpose of this position is to deliver a well run company secretarial and corporate governance function across the subsidiary entities of this ASX Listed Organisation;
  • Managing a small team of high performing Company Secretaries and Board Admins;
  • Working closely the Head of Company Secretariat and the your counterpart in the listed entity portfolio in streamlining the function and optimising the function;
  • Assist with listed portfolio services and BAU projects when required.
  • Ensuring the efficient running of board meetings and relevant board committees, including preparing agendas, compiling board papers, and timely delivery of quality board and committee papers prior to each meeting;
  • Preparing minutes and arranging for signed minutes of all relevant meetings within required time frames and ensuring matters arising are completed;
  • Provision of advice to the directors and officers in relation to the requirements of the relevant company’s constitution, local laws and prudential standards

  • 7+ Years Company Secretary Experience (APRA and ASIC)
  • Legal qualification and/ or Governance course qualification
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead a small team
  • Conscientious with a strong attention to detail on all matters
  • Highest degree of integrity and standards
