A highly successful Financial Services Organisation is seeking a qualified or part-qualified Company Secretary with 2 years experience. This position will focus on managing document execution and board meetings for unlisted entities and assisting with projects.  

Position Responsibilities will include:
  • Assist with preparing board packs for company board meetings
  • Assist with the deregistration of Australian companies and foreign companies
  • Maintain company secretarial precedent documents
  • Assist the Company Secretary with the annual compliance requirements for registered companies
  • Preparation of corporate documents and general administrative tasks
The ideal candidate:
  • Will be an experienced highly competent administrator with previous company secretary experience
  • Preferably a background in corporate industry as board administrator or co-coordinator
  • Will have obtained, or be interested in obtaining company secretariat knowledge through relevant additional qualifications e.g. Governance Institute
  • Sound technical knowledge of Corporations Act 2001, Business Names Act 2011 and ASIC regulations
