Your new company
Based in the Inner North, our client is a leader in servicing home modification within the Aged and Disability market sectors. Demand for their services has been growing year on year which is why they are currently looking for a quality focused Contracts Administrator 

Your new role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Forecasting and budgeting
  • Procurement of materials / Cost Mgmt
  • Managing the subcontractors 
  • Management of variations
  • Managing numerous small projects at one time.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Full time experience as a CA (residential experience preferred)
  • Tertiary Qualification related to construction (or trades background)
  • Ability to commit long term to the business
  • A proactive attitude with an ambition to learn
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
