The role of Recruitment Consultant is varied and the variety is what makes it so much fun. The position is 360 so will involve dealing with clients and candidates daily.
As a Senior Recruiter you will be tasked with taking ownership and growing your own area in the Medical sector. Ideally you will have a working knowledge of recruiting within the Early Years / Education industry. Working with the database, there are clients and candidates that you will engage with and talk to from day one however the ability to grow a pipeline is a key skill needed in the people they hire. This is done through business development, networking and always delivering a First-Class service to Clients and Candidates alike.
