As a part of the leadership team is role is responsible for maximising opportunities, leading a team, exceeding customer expectations, sourcing vehicles, and maintaining high standards in presentations. 


The successful candidate will have experience in either New or Used Car leadership role in a dealership environment. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results through leadership, increasing sales performance, profitability, and operating efficiency. Further to this, you will be able to demonstrate that you share their company values and possess strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Salary will be competitive and negotiated on experience with a possibility of future equity in the dealership.
