Assistant Restaurant Manager- El Camino Cantina South Bank

Rockpool Dining Group

El Camino Cantina South Bank is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its team of margarita experts.

Rockpool Dining Group is Australia’s leading restaurant group, with a portfolio of premium and casual brands. El Camino Cantina is bringing a two-storey, mega-grand version of its legendary Tex-Mex cocina and cantina and margarita mecca to Brisbane’s popular South Bank Parklands.

The Brand

El Camino Cantina is a large and loud Tex-Mex restaurant and bar that is famous for its huge margaritas, legendary Tex-Mex menu, colourful sombreros and awesome loud music.
Synonymous with a good time, El Camino Cantina is located in The Rocks, Manly, Miranda and the Entertainment Quarter in NSW, South Bank, Bowen Hills, Chermside, Robina and Sunshine Plaza in Queensland, and Fitzroy in Victoria. The food is unashamedly Tex-Mex – think unlimited corn chips with vibrant red and green salsas, great fresh tacos, sizzling fajitas, hand-made tortillas, quesadillas and nachos. The drinks are phenomenal and include our signature, giant, frozen margaritas, cold Mexican beers and over 100 tequilas and mezcals. The venue features all the hallmarks of Texan meets Mexican interior design, including neon signage, lightning bolts, cacti, crosses, and colourful calavera, which mix with accents of rustic Mexican haciendas, including weathered wood and reclaimed timbers, rustic recycled bricks, polished concrete floors and decorative Mexican tiles. Large-screen TVs are scattered throughout the restaurant for music video viewing.
