About the Role

The Bavarian Coomera is looking for an experienced Cooks & Chesf to:
  • Execute a bistro style, German inspired menu
  • Create memorable and personalised experiences for our guests 
  • Lead a section during lunch and dinner service
  • Food preparation, support the kitchen hand team & produce high quality dishes  
  • Ensure Food Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed
What we are looking for
  • Minimum of 2 Years’ experience in a high-volume pub or bistro styled setting
  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • The confidence and professionalism to lead a section
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
  • Trade Qualified, such as a Certificate IV in Cookery
  • Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene
  • Flexibility to lead and work across multiple sections
