Rockpool Dining Group is the largest restaurant and dining group in Australia, with more than 75 award-winning dining and entertainment venues, and revenues around $400 million. The Group’s dining and entertainment brands include Rockpool Bar & Grill, Spice Temple, Rosetta Ristorante and Rosetta Trattoria, The Cut Bar & Grill, Saké Restaurant & Bar, Bar Patrón, Fratelli Fresh and Fratelli Famous Pizzeria, El Camino Cantina, The Bavarian, Beerhaüs, Munich Brauhaus, The Argyle, Burger Project and Rockpool Events. Rockpool Dining Group is owned by Quadrant Private Equity, one of Australia’s leading Private Equity firms

At its core, the Rockpool Dining Group is much more than a collection of restaurants where people come to dine. It is a community whose reach and impact extends far beyond the table. Over the last 30 years, I have been honoured to help build an economy of hospitality, sustainability, employment, giving and care within our industry.

The Group’s Philosophy of Care begins with looking after each other and maintaining a culture of respect but extends to looking after our suppliers, our environment in which we work and live, our community through the Rockpool Foundation and finally, our customers for whom we strive to create wonderful memories. It is this philosophy that drives the entire Group across all its different pillars - from our fine dining restaurants all the way to our casual eateries.
At Rockpool Dining Group, we set out each day to be the best we can, and then try even harder tomorrow.  We are working together to build one of the worlds most recognised and most sustainable hospitality businesses.
