Purpose of Role:
This role will suit someone with the drive and enthusiasm to build businesses and in doing so be directly responsible for improving the lives of your clients. As a member of our CIM Employment business you will deliver holistic, integrated employment services to employers, workers and people with injury or disability.

Responsibilities: 
  • Support clients to address their barriers to employment in a supportive multidisciplinary setting
  • Empower clients to actively seek sustainable employment or training options
  • Engage with employers and build relationships
  • Promote new client referrals via marketing contacts with local community organisations, training organisations and other referral sources
  • Case management and program compliance
  • Develop tailored Job Plans
  • Develop tailored job searching resources include Resumes, Cover Letters and Expression of Interest Letters
Skills & Experience Preferred:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Disability Employment Services, Vocational Rehabilitation or Administration (preferred)
  • High level of administration skills
Role Requirements:
  • Driver’s Licence and Own Transport - essential
  • Ability to manage a range of tasks simultaneously meeting deadlines and goals
  • Well-developed communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to a variety of stakeholders
  • Develop and nurture new business
  • Adaptable to ongoing change and development
