About the Role: 
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Psychologist to join our team and become responsible for driving high quality psychological services to clients, managing and leading a growing team of psychologists, as well as account manage and business develop. This is a newly created role for our NDIS division, and will be critical to the business.

Key responsibilities include;
  • Complete relevant assessments and provide therapy services to NDIS participants to maximise a participant's level of function, capacity and community participation in line with their NDIS Goals
  • Manage a caseload consisting of children (ages 7+ years) and adults who receive funding through the NDIS
  • Undertake assessments and provide subsequent interventions to assist 
  • Provide clinical supervision and develop leadership skills and abilities to team members
About the Candidate:
  • AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
  • Experience in Disability services highly regarded
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as ability to build rapport
  • High level of resilience and drive to continuously learn
  • Previous experience leading a team to achieve positive outcomes (highly desirable)
