THE CLIENT
We’re excited to help this startup scale-up. They’ve clicked onto a unique offering that leverages the power of video + tech to empower companies to tell their story. They’re a young startup backed by two larger companies and they’re starting to build their design team in-house.
  

THE JOB 
Working on the software product you’ll be developing the key driver for this business. This software product has many elements utilising cloud computing, video compression and editing, job management. There is a large product road map that will keep this role varied and constantly pushing towards the future. As UX/UI designer you will work from start-to-end on digital projects, creating meaningful customer journeys. Essentially this role requires you to be able to significantly add valuable human-centric input along the entire design process. 
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 
With at least 4 years of experience as a UX designer in a creative environment, it's essential that you have a deep knowledge of iterative user-centred design.
 
• Facilitate and advocate a user-centred design process
• Participate in user research (interviews, user testing etc.)
• Sketch high-level strategic concepts to answer user and business needs
• Produce information architecture (IA) and interactive prototypes in appropriate technologies 
• Present solutions to clients in a clear and compelling way
• Oversee the implementation of solutions and provide tactical interaction design as required
