The role
We are on the hunt for a Business Activity Manager.  In this exciting position you will play a key role in the delivery of new innovation from concept to market launch.  You will work closely with a cross-functional project team to ensure all steps are delivered and any risks are managed.
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Facilitate and implement new products, processes and packaging into the Staughton group production environment
  • Manage contractors and Staughton staff to deliver against project timelines
  • Ensure product flow charts, specifications and processing instructions are developed with manufacturing, supply and the quality department
  • Develop and implement project tracking, monitoring and reporting tools
  • Design, build and maintain our project list, priorities and status
  • Facilitate team meetings for projects identified on the project list
  • Identify resources required to deliver a project
Skills, knowledge and experience requirements:
  • Formal tertiary qualifications
  • Food manufacturing industry background
  • Project management
  • Quality and food safety knowledge
  • Regulatory compliance experience
  • Planning and organisation
  • Time management
  • Process management
  • Attention to detail
