About the facilities
This Aged Care group with over 10 facilities and staff of over 1000, is an emerging leader in the provision of residential aged care. Our client’s vision to provide a safe environment which respects individuals, choice of care and lifestyle within their homes. Two exciting opportunities have arisen for experienced and passionate Residential Managers who are looking for a new challenge.

About the role
Based in the North West and South East of Melbourne CBD overall these roles will see you responsible for leadership and operational management of the Aged Care Residential facility. This will include delivery of excellence in clinical care and accountability and responsibility for managing the day to day operations of the facility. Coupled with the provision of care that meets residents’ needs ensuring achievement of Accreditation Standards, compliance with relevant legislation and ACFI maximization, people and performance and staff rosters.
These roles will be supported by a centralised team who will provide expertise, leadership and support on matters concerning Clinical Care, Sales and Occupancy, ACFI, Quality and Risk, People & Performance, Education, Finance and Administration.

  About you
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum three years’ experience in Aged Care, preferably in residential and / or community setting
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and a broad knowledge of ACFI and Accreditation 
    Proven success in growing and maintaining high occupancy 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Respect, empathy, and a passion for aged care
