We have an office in Bowral, the Southern Highlands and we having a growing demand in the Aged Care/Health team. We have preferred supplier agreements with both National and International organisations. Our boutique team has built a culture that is committed and passionate, and enjoys working in a modern, autonomous, professional environment.
You will be heavily involved in all areas of end to end 360 degree recruitment including marketing, screening, interviewing, reference checking and business development. As this is a cold desk there will be a very heavy focus on business development and bringing new clients on board.
The successful individual will have a min. 5 years experience in the health/aged care industry OR be an experienced Consultant, perhaps you are an experienced RN looking for a change. You will bring to the table a strong work ethic, "can do" attitude, excellent organisation, time management and multi tasking skills and your ability to work unsupervised in a sales driven environment.
