Due to company expansion we are seeking a PA/Para Consultant to work 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) closely with the Managing Director in Bowral and team of Consultants. You will be heavily involved in all areas of end to end recruitment including but not limited to, support to the MD, candidate search, screening candidates, reference checking and general administration duties. Full training and support will be provided.
The successful candidate will have minimum 5 years admin/PA or sales experience in a corporate environment across any industry. You will demonstrate a outstanding communication skills, a strong work ethic, "can do" attitude, excellent organisation and time management skills and an ability to work unsupervised in a sales driven, fast paced environment.
