Our client is a successful Big Box Global Retailer with strong values that guide their success. Their environments are very fast paced, very physically demanding, dynamic and large format. Due to expansion they are looking for experienced Retail Managers for their various stores across Melbourne including Prahran, Carnegie, Camberwell and St Kilda.
As a Retail Manager you will manage a team up to 10 staff and be a true coach and mentor. You will have the ability to influence and effect change and have keen focus on strategy and outcomes. This role is highly operational including rosters, cleaning up spills, ordering & replenishing stock and controlling costs. It requires strong leadership skills to drive your team to succeed.
The successful individuals will have 5 to 10 years experience in Retail Management or Hospitality Management - this must be in a a fast paced, high volume, big box, hands on environment! You will be an energetic leader of people and must have fantastic interpersonal and communications skills. Your confidence, experience and organisational skills and attention to detail will enable you to take complete ownership within a role that will truly shape your career.
