ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Our client is one of a multi-award winning homebuilder, known for building high-quality, & custom affordable homes across all of Melbourne’s established suburbs and newly-developed estates. They provide a fast-paced and rewarding culture with an emphasis on performance & results. With continual growth & success across the company, they are looking for a goal-orientated Sales Manager with proven experience to join their team. 

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Manage the Victorian Sales Team in conjunction with Senior Management to deliver on overall sales objectives.
  • Provide leadership & performance guidance to current and newly inducted new home sales consultants
  • Execute and support strategic marketing campaigns
  • Deliver performance and budgeting reports across all display home targets
  • Enforce a strong focus on customer service & experience
  • Maintain consistency across all sales and display centres
  • Liaise with key internal & external stakeholders (Operations Team, Property Land Developers, and Wealth Management Investment Groups)
  • Provide Senior Management with weekly updates on pipeline forecasts
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures & workflow is maintained to company standards
  • Availability on weekends and public holidays

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
  • 3 years work experience in a sales management role with a homebuilder
  • Demonstrated ability to lead manage and motivate an established sales team in a dynamic industry
  • A track record building and supporting a sales department in all aspects of recruitment, training & development
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills
