Manage the Victorian Sales Team in conjunction with Senior Management to deliver on overall sales objectives.
- Provide leadership & performance guidance to current and newly inducted new home sales consultants
- Execute and support strategic marketing campaigns
- Deliver performance and budgeting reports across all display home targets
- Enforce a strong focus on customer service & experience
- Maintain consistency across all sales and display centres
- Liaise with key internal & external stakeholders (Operations Team, Property Land Developers, and Wealth Management Investment Groups)
- Provide Senior Management with weekly updates on pipeline forecasts
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures & workflow is maintained to company standards
- Availability on weekends and public holidays

- 3 years work experience in a sales management role with a homebuilder
- Demonstrated ability to lead manage and motivate an established sales team in a dynamic industry
- A track record building and supporting a sales department in all aspects of recruitment, training & development
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills
