Our client is a Rapidly Growing Global SaaS organisation seeking a motivated and self-driven individual who is keen to progress their career in Technology.

As one of the early employees in their Sydney office, the role is geared toward providing both frontline technical support to the APAC region and also getting exposure and assisting with implementation project tasks.

Core Responsibilities...
  • Provide level 1-2 IT support via phone & email from APAC users related to the SaaS platform
  • Own the customer experience in educating and on-boarding end users
  • Analysing client needs, providing both short-term and long-term solutions
  • Communicate effectively with clients & respond to platform queries 
  • Manage timelines and deliver training to support implementation
To be successful you will need...
  • 2+ years' previous experience in a similar role supporting customers via phone, email, and ticketing system 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective planning and time management skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software
  • Logical problem solving skills for troubleshooting and testing
  • Confident, self-motivated and comfortability working without supervision and in a small team
  • Full professional fluency in spoken and written English
