Our client is an Australian home care business dedicated to providing high quality, compassionate and trustworthy care and support services.

  • $100 - 125k per annum
  • Based in Sydney NSW
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: Provide leadership and overall program development and support for all Accommodation Services within SIL division. This includes marketing and securing new clients, recruitment of staff, procurement of houses and equipment, development of programme and ensuring legislative compliance of programme according to budget.

Qualifications: 
  • Experience Managing services at senior level  
  • Relevant experience working with Aged Care and/or Disability Care 
  • Successful completion or working towards a diploma/degree/post grad in Disability Care or related discipline
