Our client – a specialised engineering company (building & maintenance) are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to work on a major heritage refurbishment project based a short distance from Melbourne CBD.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Australia’s fastest growing companies within this industry.
Project Scope:
  • Refurbishment (external & internal)
  • Roofing restorations
  • Conservation of heritage structures
  • Electrical remodelling
  • Construction fit-out
  • Roof overhaul
  • CCTV, HVAC & Lift restoration
  • Painting & BWAS additions
Role Responsibilities:
  • Preparing sales and purchase contracts
  • Reviewing & updating existing contracts
  • Negotiation of contract terms with external & internal parties
  • Generate reports on the current status of projects
  • Analyse specific risks associated with contracts
Role Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Experience working for Tier 1/2 companies
  • Must have experience working on projects with a minimum value - $5 million
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to spot critical errors
