Construction business looking for a Submissions Coordinator.
The Company

Constructability Recruitment is working with a major construction company in Sydney who has identified a need for a Submissions Coordinator working across their civil and building projects. Typically these projects can range from $5m to $2000m and the company has a reputation for delivering some of the most challenging projects in Sydney. They are in a key growth phase in New South Wales and are looking for a submissions person to join their team.

The Role

As a Submissions Coordinator you will work closely with the project teams, bid teams, consultancies and be heavily involved in all aspects of detailed bid management for projects including rail, civil and build. You will be involved in the initial concept stage right through to pre-contracts working closely to ensure best practice bid management is in place during all stages of the bid process. You will liaise the team, making concepts a reality which will involve a large range of stakeholders and consultants. In time you will have the opportunity to potentially take on the running of projects as required.

The Person

Ideally, you are tertiary educated with an understanding of managing design and process. You will have worked with construction contractor ideally and have supported project bids. Experience managing infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
