Our client is a specialty Freight Forwarder whom is predominantly focused on Importing & Exporting specialty commodities within the market. Successful in operation for 50+ years - our client is a true leader in what they do & they are very well connected all over the globe. 

You will be employed in a Sales Support / Inside Sales capacity - working with the Sales team internally. Your role will be to ultimately support the Sales team within the business with the below duties as we as 'ad-hoc' duties as required and will work very closely with both Australia & New Zealand teams. 

Provide Quotations To Customers 
* Update & Maintain Rates As Required
* Monitor & Track Sales Targets & Goals
* Prepare Sales Reports
* Build / Maintain Internal Sales Leads
* Develop High Level Customer Relationships

* Understanding of Shipping Documentation / Incoterms
* 1-3 Years' Experience Within Freight Forwarder / Importer
* High Level Verbal And Written Communication
* Mandarin Speaking Candidate Highly Advantageous
* Exposure to Customer Service Focused Roles
* Number Focused / Driven Individual
