Then we use our expertise and industry knowledge to find the right person. By following this process, everyone wins.

THEY ARE

A specialist mine planning consultancy (that also develops their own software) with extensive experience with big and small companies across multiple commodities in global locations. This successful and growing business was built by two industry friends who were driven by employing the right people that would fit with what they wanted to achieve. More than 10 years' later, they have created an agile, innovative and flexible business.

Their approach to mine planning is to always look to add value, they solve complex mining challenges and in doing so use world-class techniques and industry-standard software platforms to do this - all whilst having fun and with a sense of humour. The team is not precious and are adaptable to all situations their clients throw at them.
