The Position
Based in Wellington, the goal is increased market share and commercial growth.   Leading, influencing and reshaping behaviour and delivery through the region, performance outcomes will be achieved from heightened operational expertise, through a sales lens.  Customers and teams will experience the difference; process simplification, consistency and efficiencies, while fostering a solutions-selling mindset, mutual accountability and a high-performance, values-based culture.  
The Person
Bringing a fusion of operational and sales experience from a multi-unit commercial environment, you will be a leader who inspires your people to be curious and brave; exploring new ways to create opportunities and wow their customers.  You will understand the elements and advantages of Lean thinking and be an advocate of positive change in process and behaviours.  Under your leadership, your teams will be both supported and challenged on accountability and performance.  You will be comfortable operating within a strategic framework, but with freedom to adapt to unique regional or customer needs.  Values-based leadership will resonate with you, as a foundation for organisational resilience, performance and results.
