Derma Aesthetics is a rapidly growing distributor of bespoke skincare, dermaviduals, and the EXCEED microneedling device. Their purpose is “changing lives, not just skin”. Industry leaders in their field, and partnering with premium beauty clinics throughout Australasia, they are reshaping the business of skin, through science, innovative products and advanced education. Position  
Derma Aesthetics is a privately held, entrepreneurial business that has worked hard to grow an amazing team, brand and client base. Supporting the New Zealand partnerships, you would be joining a successful sales team who champion and enhance the business of skincare clinics throughout the country. Collaborating with the Sales Manager, you would be attracting new businesses and working with existing clinics for growth and expansion – this could be through clinic education, working with the education team to create case studies, creating VIP events and clinic openings, through to business support. There is an exciting plan for growth within New Zealand over the next few years, and now is the time to expand your knowledge and then share it. As they continue to grow, strong opportunities for career pathways are prevalent. 

Person 
With expertise in the skincare industry, you will have strong communication and planning skills and enjoy working with your clients to develop partnerships. Communication and organisation skills will come naturally, as well as having skincare industry expertise from which to draw and build on. Collaborative and supportive, you will be working with customers and talking about your passion, skin, all day, and every day.
