The Position

We currently have a great opportunity for a Sales Development Representative to join our motivated and creative Inside Sales team. As an SDR that is an online retail enthusiast, you'll be responsible for creating interest and having great conversations with Australian retailers and wholesalers that are wanting to grow their businesses. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will be the face (or voice) of Neto, and use your personal drive for your clients’, and your teams’ success.

What You’ll Do:

You will actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking and sending personal, strategic, value-add emails, calls and social messages. You will be able to efficiently identify opportunities, and work with the broader sales team to strategise an approach to create interest, and eventually loyal customers. You will actively engage prospects and identify areas where Neto can benefit their business. 

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business (preferred)
  • Desire for growth within a successful organisation
  • Have a passion for retail technology and disruptive technology
  • You are an adaptable team player, doing whatever it takes for team success
  • Have 1-2 years in an SDR/BDR role (preferred)
  • You have a run-through-a-brick-wall level of drive, passion, and desire for results
