The Position

Reporting to the VP of Product, you will work closely with our Sales, Marketing and Technology functions. 
As the Partnership Development Manager for Add-on and Integration Partners, you will be a key member of Neto’s Product Team. You will leverage your technical knowledge, market acumen and commercial experience to expand Neto’s Platform Partners footprint by developing and executing on an integrations roadmap that creates a full ecosystem of add-on, theme and third-party integrations to support Neto’s growth in domestic and new markets.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying and qualifying key partners in Australian and target international markets.
  • Develop commercial agreements and contracts to facilitate partnerships.
  • Developing an integration roadmap based on market opportunities and technical feasibility, that ensure customer success.
  • Working with potential partners to develop commercial agreements that contribute towards the achievement of Neto’s MSR and other product targets.
  • Driving the growth of Merchant Services Revenue (MSR) through proactive engagement with merchants, staff and external parties.
  • Facilitating the scoping, planning and development of proposed solutions for proposed integrations.
  • Supporting the assurance and launch of integrations to Neto Customers.
  • Managing the day-to-day relationship with partners and supporting partners via community forums.
  • Supporting partners through the onboarding process, including review and approval of new partner applications and provisioning of appropriate access to tools.
  • Working with Marketing and Sales to co-ordinate internal and external launch of new integrations.

 As someone who enjoys the challenge of problem solving, you will have a demonstrated background in bringing new ideas and innovation to your role. 
You will be results oriented in terms of financial metrics and driven to grow 3rd party revenue streams in innovative ways. It is important that you enjoy working independently yet can remain a strong team player.  Other key requirements are: 
  • Experience in a product company or a start-up, preferably in the eCommerce space.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and contracts.
  • Experience in the product development life cycle in a commercial environment.
  • Experience working with external third parties to assess partnership and licensing opportunities
  • Experience in gathering user and market requirements via a variety of techniques including product usage metrics, customer feedback and interviews, competitor research and workshops.
  • Demonstrated experience launching new products and features including betas or pilots.
  • Proven ability to learn new business concepts and translate this knowledge into new products and features.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • 3+ years experience in a relevant role.
  • Strong understanding of the global eCommerce Industry.
