Located in Clayton, established nearly 30 years ago these entrepreneurial siblings had a vision to establish a company where they could show their customers how they could help transform their business.  They wanted to provide a service based on transparency and collaboration.
  
Building long term relationships, they have a diverse range of clients that include Pharmaceutical, NFP, Health and Manufacturing. With their honest and open approach and a fairly unique story, clients sign up with them because trust is established from the get-go - and their customers would vouch for this!
  
As a successful managed service provider, they appreciate that as important as their customers are, hiring the best staff is equally so and with expansion plans evolving they need to bring more talent into the fold.  
  
Role
Working alongside one of the partners, this newly created position is for a seasoned ‘Hunter’ who can use their skills to generate more business leads within the medium to enterprise space, turning them into new clients. With the back-up of a marketeer and technical experts you’ll be introducing Cyber Security Solutions as well as the broader managed services to any industry that is home to 100 to 1000 employees through Melbourne Metro.
  
With your success in the B2B space, your style will be consultative, and you’ll be out in the coalface doing what you are best at:-
  
  • Initiating contact, meeting and presenting services to potential clients
  • Work with Marketing to develop and implement communication strategies to inform and educate 
  • In collaboration with third-party Vendors, actively participate in marketing campaigns, industry activities, conferences, user group meetings and other relevant events
  • Prepare and present winning proposals and presentations
  • Liaise with internal technical specialists
Skills
Personality is key – whilst we seek IT sales experience you must have the attitude to match…Think conscientious, enthusiastic, diligent and completely customer focussed. Your business acumen will be unquestionable and your track record will substantiate your aptitude to deliver results.

Additionally, you'll be able to demonstrate:
  • well-developed B2B consultative sales skills within IT or Managed Services sectors
  • a track record of success winning new clients 
  • a solid understanding of technology (Microsoft & Networking stacks)

This company are growing their Sales Department and have plans to expand interstate.  The opportunities are abundant in this role.
