The purpose of the Salesforce Administrator/Developer is to provide support in guiding good practices in developing solutions and working with team members and stakeholders in implementing solutions in Salesforce and integrated systems. 

Responsibilities and Duties: 
  • Develop and maintain developed solutions in Salesforce and integrated software  
  • Complete designated work within agreed timeframes  
  • Identify and communicate risks and obstacles to successful and on-time solution implementations  
  • Adhere to processes and provide input to allow for data driven assessment and decisions  
  • Provide support in gathering business requirements  
  • Provide and Lead input into Solution Design  
  • Implement solutions in Salesforce and integrated systems using best technical options  
  • Provide input on project deliverables and timelines  
  • Support team members in resolving day-to-day issues encountered by team members and users 
Experience required: 
  • 1-3 Years’ experience working in a Salesforce Administration or Development role  
  • Exposure/experience to Salesforce Development – Apex & Classic/Lightning
  • Strong verbal and written skills  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects  
  • Ability to Deliver Accurate Application of business requirements
