Grada recruitment have been engaged to recruit a Project Manager for a market leading main contractor who specialise in complex commercial construction projects. With steady continuous workflow and a large volume of secured jobs, their position in the current market is one of strength and security. They are looking for a Project Manager seeking long term job security and career progression matched with a strong remuneration package


Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the full life cycle of projects
  • Ensure projects financials and timelines are met
  • Reviewing project specifications and plans
  • Create/ manage programme and schedules
  • Make sure health and safety standards are adhered to
  • Consistently liaise with Architects, Engineers and other Consultants
  • Building and maintaining healthy working relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Relevant trade qualification
  • 5+ years of experience as a PM within commercial construction is desirable 
  • Experience working on vertical construction projects
  • Valid and up to date rights to work in New Zealand
  • Local experience is desirable but not essential
