Grada Recruitment have an opportunity for an ambitious Site Manager to join a dynamic Contractor offering a clear progression path through to Project Manager with a diverse pipeline of projects across Auckland.

This is an ideal role for a Site Manager coming from a trade qualified background with experience on projects upwards of $30 mill and an aspiration to work towards their first Project Management role with a business that offers a healthy rate of progression, mentoring from industry veterans and awesome company culture to match!

What you will receive:
  • Competitive salary package upwards of $110,000 + package (depending on experience)

General duties:
  • Managing and allocating work packages to site staff
  • Liaising and building strong relationships with sub-contractors
  • Ensuring site complies with HSE protocol
  • Giving progress reports to senior management
  • Managing project timelines, budget and specification
About you:
  • Trade qualified
  • Construction Management Diploma/ Degree (Optional)
  • Strong tenure with previous employers
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on relevant projects in New Zealand ($30- 60 mill)
  • Valid NZ work rights
