Project Manager

Grada Recruitment have been engaged to recruit a Project Manager for a leading local main contractor, this company pride themselves on delivering outstanding commercial build projects for their clients. With a strong pipeline of projects secured they have an immediate requirement for an energetic, focused PM with a proven track record of delivery within the commercial build space.
  
The Role

As Project Manager, you will lead the construction delivery team, managing consultants, contractors, project resources and programme in order to deliver the project to the highest quality, sustainability and safety standards. You will lead commercial, engineering and site supervision resources to manage the procurement and construction process, resolving design, construction and stakeholder issues.

Requirements

• Experienced Project Manager in a main contractor delivery team on building projects upward of $20mil in value
• You must have been the project lead and held full commercial and operational responsibility to deliver to high quality projects from pre-construction through to handover
• Proven ability to exercise leadership and behaviour with a passion for customer focused outcomes
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative nature
• High rise project experience is beneficial
• Engineering or construction management qualifications
• New Zealand and/or Australian commercial build experience is essential
