My client focus is on protecting Australia’s waterways, estuaries, coastline and marine life from the rising levels of harmful contaminants found in stormwater runoff. The Position

Reporting to the Southern Region Manager, the Specification Sales Engineer will be responsible to support sales activities generated by the Southern Region Manager.

You will be required to liaise with all prospective clients with a view of designing, specifying and modelling appropriate technical solutions that meet the client’s needs.

This position offers the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected company. Key skills
  • Well developed communication skills both verbal & written and be able to develop solid working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • This position will require close liaison with clients/prospects internal design engineers and business development teams.
  • Experience in specifying and modelling stormwater solutions would be highly advantageous.
  • A driving licence is essential as this position will require significant contact with clients
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the Southern Region Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the local business development activities
  • As an important member of a small and highly skilled team, you will have the drive and commitment to “make it happen” working closely with the company’s senior executives, industry partners and internal engineering personnel.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Approximately 3-4 years engineering experience,
  • Civil engineering degree (or equivalent), experience in Stormwater systems would be highly regarded (but not mandatory),
  • Previous design and specification experience would be highly regarded.
