Technology Manager - Security and Operations

Want to work with the latest technology and be a part of an innovative culture? Look no further! We have an exciting opportunity within our leadership team for a Technology Manager- Security & Operations.

This role will be responsible for driving the growth and performance efficiency of the infrastructure and cloud services that underpin the development and operations of the technical offering. This role will see you maximising performance and availability of the service-based architecture through the development, implementation, enhancement and management of new and existing continuous integration and deployment solutions.

Running a team of over 15 Engineers, devops, sysadmin and security staff you will be responsible for the following:
  • Support and grow the Security and Operations capability assisting other teams in delivering new products and services globally.
  • Develop and mentor a multi-disciplinary team with a strong focus on people development and succession planning.
  • Develop and support innovative solutions to complex problems working closely with the product team and senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Develop digital service-based solutions that deliver increase capacity, competitive points of difference and increased customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
  • An established leader with experience managing a team of 10 or more within a digital or SaaS service provision environment
  • Experience managing and growing micro-service-based platform
  • Demonstrated management capability with proven success in building strong team culture. You know how to inspire, motivate and develop a high performing team
  • Past multi-site leadership experience, as well as experience managing a multi-disciplinary team, ideally gained in an industry where there is a high customer appreciation and focus
