We are currently looking for talented engineers at the senior and tech lead level. Whilst you will work with one tribe you will have the opportunity to work on projects with engineers from various areas of the business. So being able to work in a collaborative environment is key!

Sound good? So, here are some technical skills you will need!
  • You have experience building robust and scalable platform.
  • You have knowledge of C#, .NET core and if you have hands on AWS this is a bonus!
  • You have worked on web technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, Javascript and angularjs/react.
  • You have built applications with SOLID and micro services principles.

And some of these soft skills are also important too!
  • You will ideally have experience mentoring junior engineers
  • You like the test the status quo and enjoy coming up with innovative ways to solve problems but you won’t be afraid to fail!
  • You think big picture, but you’re also a “do-er” and you thrive on delivery.
  • You’re a natural problem solver who believes in simple solutions (not easy solutions) and can accept consensus even when it’s not your own idea
  • Collaboration is key you will work on projects with many different tribes and won’t be afraid to ask for help
