Sitecore Business Development Manager - 200k OTE - Full Time - Sydney

- The role entails developing and diversifying business so that income increases, the growth targets are consistently hit each month and profitability is achieved.
- The roles is a strategic position within the company, primarily externally facing, helping find new business and assisting the leadership team secure new, profitable projects.
- The role is fundamentally driven by financial outcomes for the organisation however, the nature of the role demands the individual foster a consultative sales mantra where they become a trusted advisor to the stakeholders within a client organisation during the initial stages of the client engagement.

Tasks and objectives:
  • Generate Opportunities & Build New Business Pipeline.
  • Qualify Leads and Opportunities using the BANT score.
  • With the leadership team develop growth strategies, lead generation strategies, and plans to
    help meet targets.
  • Work with the business at all levels to achieve targeted margins.
  • Supporting the tendering process.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
  • Writing business proposals.
  • Negotiating with stakeholders.
  • Target Account Planning.
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
  • Following industry trends locally and interstate.
  • Assessing the competition.
  • Helping with client pitches.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
