About the role
The Area Manager is responsible for leading the business development, laboratory, collection and courier teams across the New England region. Key to success will be identifying and pursuing business development initiatives, driving productivity, profitability and growth opportunities and providing a seamless end to end service for patients and referrers.

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager this position is responsible for the day to day operation of our New England Region with emphasis on (and not limited to)
  • Ensuring operational costs and performance targets are met;
  • Maintenance and generation of revenue;
  • Management of employees;
  • Management of quality standards;
  • Management of workplace health and safety;
Essential Attributes:
  • The capacity to lead a team over a large geographical region and successfully manage change;
  • The ability to drive and maintain revenue generation and business through effective marketing and liaison strategy programs and activities.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills that enable effective communication, rapport and outcomes between management, employees and customers/clients
