Dorevitch Pathology is a leading provider of pathology and medical diagnostic services to doctors, specialists and hospitals throughout Victoria, as well as commercial and Government organisations in Australia and internationally.

Based in Heidelberg looking after our Metro Northern region, we are looking to appoint an highly skilled Medical Liaison Officer who will develop and implement growth and revenue plans in the area spanning from Sunbury to Doncaster. 

About the role
Under the leadership of the Business Manager – Metro North, you will lead the business development operations of Dorevitch Pathology in the designated area in line with business objectives. Your responsibilities are (and not limited to):
  • Maintain and grow practitioner business in designated region;
  • Create and implement business development and marketing plans and campaigns for the designated region;
  • Building working relationships with the medical community in your specified area;
  • Plan and implement events and activities for promotion of Dorevitch.
  • Organise liaison sessions with Lab stakeholders, relevant Pathologists and medical community
  • Working closely with the regional leadership team to identify opportunities for growth.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will be customer service focused professional with excellent interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:
  • Excellent knowledge in pathology and related activities;
  • Relevant experience in a sales environment with medical professionals;
  • Exceptional customer service and empathy to all;
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and provide feedback to your team;
  • Working knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce
