BestStart Manurewa Central is a community-based centre that our families love to be part of. Our children thrive in the dynamic and fun learning environment in which every child is nurtured and celebrated. We offer sessions, short days, and full-day options both part-time or full time. We are open from 7am to 5.30pm. 

We are looking for a friendly, experienced and dedicated Centre Administrator to join our wonderful centre family!

As our Centre Administrator you will provide support to our Centre Manager and families to ensure the smooth running of this centre. This is a permanent part-time role, for 25 hours/week.

Our Administrator is the first point of contact for families and visitors, so this is a key role in our centre! The role is interesting and varied with general administrative skills, attending to funding, enrolment paperwork, and debt follow up .You will be part of a dynamic and fun environment and receive extensive training and support.

  • Ability to follow policies and compliance
  • Experience in administration, debt collection and office support
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
