We are looking for a Head Teacher who will have all these wonderful qualities and skills 

Our successful applicant will be warm and welcoming, goal driven and capable of leading a large team within our 2 - 5 year old classroom. We are looking for someone who is able to build great relationships while also encouraging a fun team culture for our centre team.

Our successful applicant will be ECE qualified (level 7) with the ability and drive to provide effective leadership; encouraging and supporting staff to achieve the set objectives, goals and behavior's necessary for success.  You will be self-motivated, innovative, reflective and prepared to think beyond the boundaries.
Above all else, we are looking for someone who has a passion for mentoring, growing and inspiring their team and working in collaboration with parents/whanau and the community!
