We are looking for an ECE Teacher of the highest standard - are you our new Assistant Manager? Help lead the team in this permanent full time role (with flexibility to work 32 hours if you require part time) working with our 2.5 - 5 year olds.

You will role model excellent leadership qualities and motivate others to do the same, working alongside the Centre Manager the successful applicant will need:

  • B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification
  • Proven success working in a management or leadership position
  • Ability to promote the Centre to the local community
  • Strong administration / financial background would be desirable
  • A ‘can-do’ and positive attitude
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge around assessment and planning
  • Strong knowledge on internal evaluation
  • Ability to coach and mentor colleagues
