About the role
The primary purpose of the Campaign Manager role is the delivery of best-in-class implementation, optimisation, and reporting of campaign activations across The Group. Campaigns will range from brand activations through to ROI driven acquisition and lead generation. Channels include but are not limited to biddable, organic search, email, and native content.

About you
The successful candidate is someone with an entrepreneurial attitude and analytical skillset who continually drives improvements and maximises audience growth. A natural problem solver, you will have strong stakeholder management skills and be highly accountable.
You will be an internal champion for the business, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver on objectives for Capital Labs, EBI, and other Group businesses. 

Role Requirements
  • Responsible for the management and optimisation of lead generation campaigns for The Group
  • Regularly monitor Google Analytics and recommend optimisations to the platform to improve our investor journey and conversion rate
  • Use EDM and SMS campaigns to effectively engage and convert potential investors 
  • Responsible for inbound communications and investor inquiries
  • Coordinate responses to public forum questions
  • Partner with wider the Marketing Team to map out our investor journey and develop programs to improve the investor’s online experience with Capital Labs and iQGG
  • Budget management and forecasting  
Essential Experience
  • Experience working in relevant roles (i.e. Performance Marketing Specialist, Digital Analyst, Digital Marketing, etc) at an agency and/or client-side
  • Google Ads experience
  • Paid social media experience
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns from planning to execution, evaluation, and optimization
  • Previous experience in website management and optimisation 
  • Demonstrable experience of social media channel and community management 
  • Experience in executing, analysing, and optimising email marketing campaigns
  • Proficient with Google Analytics (preferred) or Adobe Omniture
  
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and community management
  • Deep understanding of website management and Google Analytics 
  • The ability to put in place findings and recommendations to improve conversion rates
  • Proven EDM campaign experience 
  • An understanding of digital lead generation using social media and programmatic channels
  • The ability to set up A/B testing models to inform business decisions
  • Proven campaign management and the ability to make changes methodically and rationally
  • Strong project management skills (i.e. building and rigorously tracking campaigns with multiple stakeholders)
  • The ability to simplify and communicate technical material to a range of audiences and stakeholders
  • The ability to map out our investor journey and develop programs to improve the investor’s online experience with Capital Labs
  • An understanding of the global media landscape and digital marketing trends
  • Budget management and forecasting  
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working for a media agency or in a start-up environment
  • Experience with Fintech or financial services
  • Data illustration (i.e. building dashboards and presenting insights in a clear and meaningful way)
Qualifications 
  • A degree in Marketing, Commerce/Business, or Data Science/Analytics
