There are lots of inbound leads so this role primarily involves winning new clients through the existing sales process, then account and project managing them with excellence.

  • Background in the audio-visual space: graphics, printing, design or building industry - you understand technical plans, build processes, design workflows

Your role: 
  • Responding to inbound leads with excellence
  • Guiding prospects through the excellent sales process to a sale
  • Converting new enquiries from existing clients
  • Project managing jobs from start to finish with skill and efficiency, including design, quotation, production, installation, invoicing and budget analysis
  • Managing projects to be on time, on budget and exceeding client expectations!
  • Meeting existing monthly sales targets
  • Fortnightly reporting and sales meetings
  • Attending industry and networking events, and exhibitions
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and gathering referrals
  • Occasional warm calling to grow your pipeline and client book
  • Working very closely with the wonderful team to be known as industry leaders.
