Your role in running a 360° recruitment desk:-
  • Build and maintain fantastic relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Fulfill job orders – 70% account management and 30% new business
  • New business development - outbound calls, referrals, and lead chasing
  • Farm existing clients to become their business partner and build their team
  • Source new candidates - referrals, headhunting, digital media and job ads
  • Candidate screening, testing, interviewing, reference checking
  • Arrange interviews, shortlisting and gaining client feedback
  • Manage the process of placing candidates and onboarding feedback
  • Provide consultancy as needed to clients and candidates
  • Meet KPIs for calls, client visits, candidate interviews
  • You make the magic happen – you elevate human potential and transform teams.
