Wow Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for multiple Customer Service and Support positions with our client in the Travel Industry based in Bondi Junction. 

Are you experienced in customer service and administration, reliable, punctual, hardworking and professional? If so, we need you!

*** Experience within the Travel Industry is essential ***

This role is Monday to Friday from 9am - 4pm for close to 3 months. 


Key Duties: 
  • Handle customer telephone & email enquiries efficiently and accurately
  • High volume inbound customer service calls.
  • Plan, sell & promote the product range & process customer bookings
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive knowledge of the full suite of the coach brands
    product range.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Export on air products for non coach brands
  • Provide excellence in service to all internal and external customers.
  • Make outbound after sales follow-up calls
  • Action reports & booking maintenance

Requirements:
  • GDS (Global Distribution System) Experience. Systems include: Amadeus (preferred), Sabre or Galileo
  • Ability to undertake multiple tasks whilst actively listening to assist resolving customers needs. 
  • A drive and energy to succeed with a 'can do' attitude. 
  • Accurately record customer information on an internal system.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
