Wow Recruitment are currently looking for an exceptional full-time Receptionist to support our client based in Sydney CBD. 

Our client is for people who say no to traditional working conventions. Who refuse to be chained to the same desk day in and day out. They are not your traditional office share environment but innovators of a new generation, working environment. Could you be the Receptionist they are looking for? 

Wow recruitment are on the hunt for a hungry Receptionist / office coordinator for our exceptional client, innovating the high-quality flexible office solutions space in the Sydney CBD,Your focus will be at front reception where your excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and professional communication skills will be a real asset.


Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Reception - Meeting and greeting of all clients and their visitors
  • Membership Generation: Assist in the acquisition of new members
  • Customer /Client services - responding to extremely varied client requests
  • Co-ordination of members meetings and the management of the meeting rooms, arranging and the setting up of catering and audio-visual equipment
  • Overseeing the day-to-day activities of reception
  • Answering clients incoming calls on a busy, fully computerised console  
This role will challenge you due to its fast pace and high level of member interaction. 

Ideally you are:-
  • Highly motivated with your own initiative
  • Hungry for progression
  • You have high energy and the flexibility to assist clients and team members at anytime
  • You are a professional with the maturity to be able to think on your feet
  • You enjoy problem solving
  • You have strong computer skills with a minimum of intermediate in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • You have a minimum of 2 years working experience, within a Reception or Front Office role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with high attention to detail
  • You enjoy talking with people both via phone and face to face
