Wow Recruitment are currently looking for an exceptional and out going Office and Events Coordinator to support our innovative client based in Sydney CBD.

Could you be the Office and Events Coordinator they are looking for? 


As the Office and Events Coordinator (Experience Manager), you will be the first point of contact for guests and an ambassador for our client’s team.



Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Meet and greet all members and guests in a warm and genuine way and make them feel at home, driving an extraordinary member experience on a daily basis.
  • Membership Generation: Assist in the acquisition of new members
  • Positive Brand Reputation: Be conscious of and maintain the clients Non-negotiables’
  • Complete agendas and/or itineraries for specific events and visitors including booking of transport, dinners and ad hoc requirements for events.
  • Track the behavior of members and guests, attend to member’s needs immediately and pro-actively resolve issues before they arise.
  • Assist members with inquiries regarding printing, scanning, courier services, video conferencing and connecting the laptop to the TV, etc.
  • Liaise with local suppliers
  • Monitor business KPI's, track targets and motivate the team to achieve goals. 
  • Be pro-active in assisting with set up of events as well as surprise and delight initiatives in collaboration with the Club Manager.
  • Assist clients in taking notes, organising events and adapting the individual needs of the members.
  
The ideal candidate:
  • Fluent in English/ Exceptional communicational skills
  • Not afraid to take on a challenge/ adaptable
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role as an Office Manager/ Concierge/ Events coordinator/ Corporate Receptionist/ PA role
  • A track record of exceeding client expectations and working to always improve the customer experience 
  • Be willing to multitask and undertake member service functions when required from time to time
  • Highly organised, strong attention to detail, forward-thinking and the ability to work autonomously and use initiative
  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and use initiative to tackle challenges autonomously. 
  • Corporate Receptionist / Office / Events Coordinator experience preferable
